Service Description
Event Space is rented by the hour, tables and chairs or furnishings for your event may be brought in to be used during your event. $100 2 Hour Event Space Deposit is Refundable and secures your booking. 2 Hour Event Space Rental Fee of $150 Must Be Paid 24 Hours Before Event or You Forfeit Your Deposit. There is a one time reschedule opportunity if event is rescheduled 7 days (a week) prior to the scheduled event date. If event is canceled after the 7 day grace period there is a one time reschedule opportunity with a $50 fee. However the deposit is non refundable if event is canceled the day before the event or there is a no call, no show. $20 will be deducted from Deposit for every trash bag left at event space and part or all moneys will be deducted depending on damages. $100 2 Hour Even Space Deposit is refunded in full if the event space is left undamaged and in the condition in which it was when the event space was released to event holder. There is 55 minutes allotted to you for clean up after your event is over before the next event booking comes in for set up. Thank you for your business.
